“I recently gave a one star review for this garage. The reaction from management was pretty swift as well asking if they could make amends. In view of all the 5 star reviews given by customers, I was pretty sure that my problem was a one off. Everybody makes mistakes, some companies will ignore them, the good ones, as in this case ask for the chance to make things right. I had asked for an estimate for the work, which I had accepted I booked my car in for a replacement silencer and approximate completion time, but they would phone me, which they did. There was a problem....oh dear! The silencer had not been delivered by their regular supplier and so they had had to outsource elsewhere. They would need to keep the car until the following day. I had a further call informing me that the car had been scratched on the rear bumper and they would show me when I arrived to pick the car up. Once again, I was ready to do battle as I arrived. No need, when I arrived I was shown the damage and that they had already asked a local spray company for an estimate. Then I was offered an alternative deal It didn't take me long to decide there and then. I chose the alternative. It was incredibly generous and I thanked them for it. They have certainly earned themselves a five star rating this time, their attitude was exemplary and very profesional. They now have a new customer”
